Is an artist-run collective co-founded by Devin Cain, Krista Franklin, and Alexandria Eregbu that seeks to identify contemporary evidence of surrealist activity produced by visual artists and writers of the African diaspora in the US and abroad.Most recently, du monde noir presented its findings at Poet’s House in New York City in May 2019 and is currently working on a publication titled, Infinite Plentitude focusing on their latest expedition to the Tropiques.
