Applications are now open for the 2026 Artlab Editorial Fellowship, an annual open call supporting two art writers globally at any career stage. Fellows receive a $10,000 grant and mentorship from one of this year’s Advisors, writers Mira Dayal and Gary Zhexi Zhang, and Artlab Editorial Editor Shannon Lee while producing three original articles for Artlab

Committed to sparking meaningful dialogue, cultivating empathy, and building connections, the Artlab Editorial Fellowship provides a platform to writers who navigate the balance between care and critique, the interrogative and intuitive, the perceptive and imaginative, and who aim to engage through dialogue to deepen understanding.
