INTERSECTIONS is a group exhibition that takes place at intersections.vitalspaces.org and highlights numerous points of connection among the 97 contemporary works of art and 30 artists exhibited. All featured artists currently live or work in Santa Fe, New Mexico. intersections.vitalspaces.org houses an interactive sorting tool allowing visitors to form hundreds of mini group exhibitions around shared themes, mediums, and other connections as well as newly commissioned videos bringing together dance, poetry, visual art, and music. Check back over the course of the summer for new video releases.

Posters, banners, and signs in public parks and local businesses around Santa Fe advertise the website while also visually saturating the city with images from the exhibition, bringing the virtual show out into real space. These interventions into public space will be up through Sunday, August 15, and the website will remain live in perpetuity.

Participating artists: Alberto Zalma, Alejandra Avila, Amelia Bauer, Andrea Vargas, Anjamora Ishi Sato, Ariana Salazar, Arista Slater-Sandoval, Artemisio Romero y Carver, Brandon Ortiz, Camilla Trujillo, Carolyn Mae Lassiter, Diego Medina, Ditch the Box Studios, Enrique Figueredo, Gino Antonio, Ian Kuali’i, Ileana Alarcon, Johnny Ortiz, Josh Tafoya, Lara Manzanares, Layli Long Soldier, Linda Lomahaftewa, Macy Loy, Maida Branch, Morgan Barnard, Nikesha Breeze, Reena Saini Kallat, Tigre Bailando, Tintawi Kaigziabiher, Tony Abeyta, Juan Pablo A. & Teresita V. of Reading Quest
