Elisabeth Wild nace en Vienna en 1922 y es residente de Guatemala desde hace 30 años. Esta exposición reúne 27 de sus collages en papel, realizados a partir de delicados recortes de revistas, y producidos durante los últimos 3 años en su casa en el Lago de Atitlán. En cada uno de ellos, Wild genera universos fantásticos donde impera un excelente sentido de color y composición, y se revela su gran sentido del humor.
Elisabeth Wild was born in Vienna in 1922 and has been a resident in Guatemala for over thirty years. This exhibition gathers 27 of her collage works on paper, created through the arrangement of delicately cut magazine paper, and produced over the last three years in her house in Lake Atitlan. In each of them, Wild creates fantastic universes where a strong sense of colour and composition are strongly felt, and her great sense of humour is revealed.
