Veronica Stigger

She is a writer, art critic and college professor. She holds a PhD in Critic Theory of Art from the São Paulo University (USP) and she did postdoctoral studies at Università degli Studi di Roma “La Sapienza”, at the Contemporary Art Museum of USP (MAC USP) and at the Institute for Lenguage Studies of the UNICAMP. She is coordinator of the Literary Criticism course of the International Film Academy and professor of the Art History and Photography PHD at FAAP. She is the author of 12 fiction books, standing out Os anões (Cosac Naify, 2010), Delírio de Damasco (Cultura e Barbárie, 2012) e Opisanie świata (Cosac Naify, 2013), for which she received the awards Machado de Assis, São Paulo (debut author) and Açorianos (long narrative).
