Mauro Giaconi

Obtained his degree at the Prilidiano Pueyrredón National Fine Art School in Buenos Aires in 2001. He lives and works in Mexico since 2011. His work is entrenched mainly in the field of drawing and expands from there into other disciplines. He explores architecture, precariousness and the body as conflicting territories. He co-founded the Obrera Centro and Herrateca cultural projects in Mexico City in 2015, spaces devoted to interdisciplinary artistic experimentation and a public tool library, respectively.
