Writer and poet, currently a student of the Philosophy department at Universidad de San Carlos in Guatemala City. Former member of the Writers Association of Guatemala and co-founder of the Folio 114 collective. Contributing writer for Casi literal, Revista de la Universidad de San Carlos and Algarero cultural. Author of the books: Guía práctica para manejar la invisibilidad (Editorial Ley-va, 2001), Inflamable (Editorial Cultura, 2008) and Fúnebre y carnavalesco (Editorial Magna Tierra, 2012). His writing have been published in antologies such as Poemas de la postguerra (Editorial Helvetas, 2002), Antología de cuento Lema Tzijonem (Comunidad Nacional de Escritores y Fondo de Cultura Económica, 2002), and Ni hermosa ni maldita. Narrativa guatemalteca actual (Editorial Alfaguara, 2012), among others.
