Antonia González Alarcón

Is a Chilean visual artist who explores memory and empathy through visual resources in the common imaginary related to nature and landscape. She studied Visual and Plastic Arts at the Escuela Nacional de Pintura, Escultura y Grabado “La Esmeralda”. She is currently a collaborator of the Laboratorio Experimental de Cine (LEC). She has exhibited her work in Iceland, Norway, the United States, Mexico, among others. She has developed a multidisciplinary practice, investigating the individual subjectivities that surround collective memory, with the aim of collaborating in the creation of new concepts based mainly on specific experiences and their affective narratives.
