She is a writer and curator with an interest in conceptual art, intervention, and participation. She has held research positions at the Smithsonian American Art Museum, the Newcomb Art Museum, and Mana Contemporary. Santana’s interviews and essays have been published by CUE Art Foundation, Hamam Magazine, The Brooklyn Rail, Precog Magazine, Artsy, and The Latinx Project.
