Abraham Villaseñor

He is a visual artist and writer. He graduated with a degree in Visual Arts from the Centro Morelense de las Artes and a master’s degree in Editorial Production from the Universidad Autónoma del Estado de Morelos. Since 2014, he has collaborated as an article writer for various websites and content agencies such as Laboratorio de Conciencia Digital. Some of his short stories have been published in digital magazines such as Penumbria (www.penumbria.mx). He attended the diploma courses of Hermeneutics and History of Myth at CRIM, UNAM and the course of “Mokurito, contemporary Japanese print” at the Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara.

Since 2015, he started playing modern board games such as Catán and Dungeons and Dragons. Since then, he has not stopped playing and designing games. The board game as a publishing product, his master’s thesis, analyzes and defends the modern board game as a product further away from the toy and closer to the book. He is currently writing an in-depth study on modern board games as interactive products within the publishing industry.
